Eau Claire 4th of July Fireworks Celebration

Optimal fireworks viewing areas: Carson Park, Phoenix Park, Half Moon Lake, Mt. Simon, and Lakeview Cemetery. Old-fashioned Fourth of July until 4pm, train rides until 5pm, Predators football game and Eau Claire Express baseball game at 6pm, and Fireworks at 10pm.

Fall Creek Lions Fun Fest

Every Day from Jul. 6 to Jul. 9 • Keller Park, North State Street, Fall Creek • All events except carnival are free, food and beverages available for purchase. • All ages • • Carnival, Softball tournament, volleyball, fishing contests, craft fairs, plenty of food, parades, and live music from Rattle Can Red at 8:30pm on Friday, Left Wing Bourbon from 2-5pm on Saturday, and Phoenix at 8:30pm on Saturday.

Freedom Fest 2017

Enjoy a wide variety of delicious food, relax in the beer garden, enjoy live music, and participate in the many activities, both for kids and adults. Fireworks at dusk. Don’t bring fireworks, pets, or carry-ins. Handicap accessible parking is available. New this year are product vendors and helicopter rides.

City of Altoona Independence Day Celebration

Jul 1, 4pm-11:59pm • Cinder City Park, Spooner Ave. and 10th St., Altoona • FREE • All Ages • The City of Altoona will kick off Independence Day weekend with a Saturday full of fun, including a kids’ zone inflatable park, games, face painting, live music, local food vendors, concessions, knockerball, obstacle challenges, and a huge fireworks display sponsored by Woodman’s Markets.
